“Meet the Member” Aaron Ruda. Aaron joined the fire department in 2016. He enjoys being able to train to enhance his skills as a firefighter so that he can do his best when responding to calls. He finds it very gratifying to work with the Junior Firefighters as an advisor. Aaron received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and currently serves as the Eagle Hose and the Lancaster Fire Department Secretary. He finds helping his community to be very rewarding and he looks forward to continuing to be a part of the LFD for many years to come!
