“Meet the Member” Lynne Ruda. Lynne joined the Lancaster Fire Department in 2007. Lynne served as Department Secretary from 2014 until March 2021. She also served as the Eagle Hose Secretary from 2014-2021. Lynne enjoys being able to be there and help our residents when they are having their worst day. Through the fire department, she feels like she is able to make a positive difference. She was awarded Administrator of the Year in 2015 and was given the Chief’s award in 2016. Lynne Ruda is proud to have been recently elected as the Mayor of the Village of Lancaster.
